Fran heard the call to church music leadership as a volunteer handbell director at Messiah UMC in Springfield. Since, she has obtained a certificate and a Masters of Music in church music from Shenandoah University, focusing on conducting. Fran is active in the handbell guild, Handbell Musicians of America, is a certified lay speaker and has a passion for the reconciling ministry at Clarendon UMC.
